Whole Path Psychiatry and Wellness is a private-pay, 100% telehealth practice. Visits are designed to provide the time and individualized attention needed to understand your concerns, discuss treatment options, and develop a care plan that fits your needs.

Complimentary Consultation
15 minutes · No charge
A brief opportunity to ask questions, learn more about Whole Path, and determine whether the practice may be a good fit for you.
Psychiatric Evaluation
60–75 minutes · $300–$350
A comprehensive initial evaluation to understand your mental health history, current concerns, treatment goals, and individual needs. Your visit may include diagnostic assessment, medication evaluation, education about treatment options, and collaborative development of a personalized care plan.
Follow-Up Psychiatric Care
30 minutes · $175
Ongoing psychiatric care focused on your current symptoms, treatment response, medications, and goals. Visits may include medication management, brief therapeutic interventions, psychoeducation, and care coordination when appropriate.
45 minutes · $250
Extended visits provide additional time when your needs or treatment plan call for a more in-depth appointment.
Additional Fees
Late Cancellation or Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 business hours’ notice are subject to a 50% fee for the first occurrence and the full service fee for subsequent occurrences.
No-Show
Missed appointments without advance notice are subject to the full fee for the scheduled appointment length.

Insurance & Payment
Whole Path Psychiatry and Wellness is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
Superbills are available upon request for patients who wish to submit claims to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
Limited income-based sliding-scale appointments may be available.
